Catherine Meade is the Vice President - Community, Sustainability & Social Responsibility with the Ontario Lottery & Gaming Corporation (OLG). She leads OLG’s award-winning Social Responsibility and Community Sponsorships teams as well as the recently created Sustainability & Social Impact team. Prior to joining OLG, she was a Director with the City of Toronto overseeing $350+ million of 2015 Pan/Parapan Am Games-related City capital projects.
Catherine holds a Bachelor of Physical Education from McMaster University; an M.A. from the University of Alberta; an LL.B., cum laude, from the University of Ottawa; and an M.B.A. from St. Mary’s University. She practiced primarily Labour & Employment Law for seven years. Before commencing her Law degree, she worked as an Equity, Diversity & Inclusion professional for eight years.
Catherine is a self-described “purpose-driven person” with a long history of volunteering primarily with equity-deserving organizations and community groups.
