Marlene D. Warner has 21 years of experience in the fields of problem and responsible gambling. As CEO of the Massachusetts Council on Gaming and Health for the past 11 years and program director for the first ten, Warner has successfully advocated for consumer protections and robust research in legislation and regulations in Massachusetts and across New England, written and advised on RG policy and programming development for governments worldwide, analyzed and audited corporate programs for evidence-based interventions, and developed RG tools and PG resources across the gaming spectrum from primary prevention through long-term recovery. Warner got her BA from Gettysburg College, her MA from George Washington University, and a CSR Certificate from Duke University. She lives in Salem, MA with her husband and three children.
