Dima is a leader at Deloitte and advises clients on corporate and customer growth strategies. Across her 10+ years in consulting, she has worked with boards and executives to map and develop leading strategies, test the strength of their strategies and initiatives, and ultimately develop and implement new and ambitious initiatives in the face of uncertainty and rapid market / customer change.
As a customer and loyalty strategy leader at Deloitte, she has helped iconic North American organizations build (and sometimes rebuild / refresh) their customer and loyalty strategies, programs and propositions. She has done this across a variety of industries including lottery & gaming, grocery, retail, and airline.
She leads teams of strategists, designers, and analytics experts to shape loyalty strategies and programs that drive towards organizational objectives, are desirable for customers, are feasible for the organization to deliver on, and are financially viable as proven through business cases. She educates Boards and Executives on loyalty trends, helps executive teams make choices and trade-offs on their loyalty strategies, and create robust execution plans to help organizations achieve their loyalty goals.
Ultimately, Dima helps executives and leadership teams balance data, insights, intuition and strategic tensions to align on the optimal path forward.
